Our legacy donors who plan a future gift
Nearly one hundred years ago in 1927, a group of approximately 3,500 visionary citizens, led by Charles and Anna Sinton Taft, created Cincinnati's very own endowment for the arts, now known as ArtsWave. Their aim was to put Cincinnati on the map as a place of artistic excellence.
Today, in large part thanks to these original visionaries, Greater Cincinnati has become one of the most vibrant, arts-infused communities in the United States.
Just like our predecessors who created our cultural heritage, now is the time for us to step forward to secure the arts vibrancy, access and economic vitality of our community for future generations. We are inviting our generation of Visionaries to make an investment in the ArtsWave 100 Endowment to ensure ArtsWave continues its vital role in funding art and fueling community into the next century.
Whether you make a gift to the ArtsWave 100 Endowment with current assets or plan a deferred gift in your estate plans (by will, trust, beneficiary form) or your donor advised fund, your name will be included alongside the original 1927 Visionaries in the official ArtsWave Ledger and historical deposit.
We hope you will consider becoming a Visionary who will be remembered alongside our founders and initial supporters for making our region an amazing place to live and work for generations to come.
