ArtsWave Days, brought to you by Macy's, continues to impress. On March 24, over 1,600 people braved heavy snow for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the ins and outs of Music Hall, our region's most historic architectural landmark. On March 31, over 1,000 participated in ArtsWave's Kids Opening Day activities, part of the Cincinnati Reds opening weekend, featuring player autographs, face painting and circus performances. Both events were supported by Frisch's Big Boy.

Coming off of those two hot events, we're not missing a beat. Tomorrow, April 7, while Cincinnati Ballet is holding multiple performances of their inaugural Family Series event, "Beauty and the Beast," ArtsWave and the Contemporary Arts Center will be just across the street for Be Our Guest Tea Parties, sponsored by Dewey's Pizza.

Be Our Guest Tea Parties will feature free hot and cold tea, tours of the Contemporary Arts Center and 21c Museum Hotel, dance and choral music from around the world, and family art-making inspired by Belle's love of books.

Next week, on April 14, will be Art Walks, with support from Frisch's Big Boy. This is your chance to take guided tours of the incredible public art we have all around the Greater Cincinnati region. Art Walks will be centered in Over-the-Rhine, Covington and Hamilton, with guided tours kicking off at the top of every hour from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tours in OTR will begin at the ArtsWave/ArtWorks office building (20 E. Central Parkway). Be sure to stop by Elementz and the Weston Gallery for special performances and exhibitions. Tours in Covington will kick off at RiverCenter Lobby by Butlers Pantry (50 E. Rivercenter Blvd.), while Hamilton's activities begin at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts (101 South Monument Ave.). Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park will also feature free admission for the day.

It's all free and part of the 2018 ArtsWave Community Campaign. The full schedule for ArtsWave Days can be found at Don't forget to sign up for ArtsWave Rewards!
