As the region’s lead planner, promoter and fundraiser for the arts, ArtsWave provides Catalyzing Impact Grants three times a year to maximize the breadth of arts and cultural heritage programming offered locally. These one-time project grants bring to life a wide variety of programs in support of our Blueprint for Collective Action in the coming year. We’re pleased to announce that the Catalyzing Impact Grant application for 2018 is now available!

Catalyzing Impact Grants have helped create and support such projects as a middle school musical theater program, a series of literary guest speakers, a community engagement effort to renovate vacant properties, a book designed by at-risk youths and many more. Each project is aimed at creating a powerful impact through the arts ripple effect.

The application form and guidelines can be found on our website under the "Apply for Funding" page. The deadline for the first round of 2018 Catalyzing Impact Grants is September 13, 2017. ArtsWave staff will also host two workshops in August for interested applicants where we will review the guidelines and provide assistance with the process.

Workshops take place at ArtsWave on the following dates:

• Wednesday, August 9th from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
• Tuesday, August 15th from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Materials shared at each workshop will be the same. Interested applicants need only attend one. Click here to RSVP.

First time applicants must contact ArtsWave to schedule an introductory meeting at least two weeks prior to the application deadline. Please contact Kara Shibiya at 513-632-0128 or kara.shibiya@artswave.org.
