In case you missed my live-tweeting during #SB50, here is my round-up of the three most memorable moments of Super Bowl L, and how they tie into ArtsWave (hint: they don’t involve football).

Recognizing the power of the arts to connect communities and contribute to a thriving economy, 2016 ArtsWave Community Campaign Chairs Jill P. Meyer and Awadagin Pratt announced a goal to raise $12,450,000 this year to support arts making an impact in Greater Cincinnati.

ArtsWave kicks off its 2016 Community Campaign with a special February 1 concert that brings together world-class pianist Awadagin Pratt and University of Cincinnati President Santa Ono on the same stage at the College-Conservatory of Music.

The Ambassador Ensemble Documentary & Performance Film will make its debut November 21, 2015 at the first Warsaw Ave Film Festival. Eddy Kwon, director of MYCincinnati (the youth orchestra program under which the Ambassador Ensemble performs,) took a few minutes from his busy schedule to chat with us about the documentary and exciting upcoming collaborations for the Ambassador Ensemble.

In partnership with the Community Organizing Committee (@BatterUpCincy) and Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., ArtsWave created a series of pop-up arts performances at CVG Airport and around Downtown.
